Leica SR GSD
The Leica SR GSD offers full application flexibility by combining super-resolution with TIRF and epifluorescence on a multi-purpose live cell imaging system. With a high NA and correction over the full aperture, the objective is perfect for both TIRF and super-resolution imaging—enabling resolution beyond conventional diffraction limits. The user-friendly system allows you to perform everyday experiments, from high-speed imaging to time-lapse to TIRF, while expanding imaging into the sphere of super-resolution.
Features:
- Excitation lasers include:488 nm (300 mW), 532 nm (500 mW), 642 nm (500 mW), and 405 nm (30 mW)
- Various objectives, PL APO: 100x/1.47 CORR TIRF, 63x/0.90, 20x/0.70, 10x/0.4
- A variety of imaging techniques available including epi-fluorescence, TIRF microscopy and super-resolution with GSDIM
- Resolution of 20nm in XY
- High laser powers efficiently accumulate the fluorophores in the dark state
- Fast and robust algorithms allow for real-time processing (ie. during acquisition) of the individual fluorescent events as the fluorophores spontaneously return from the dark state
- Specialized SuMo stage with Suppressed Motion technology to minimize drift for accurate localization
- User-friendly interface that guides the user through the acquisition and analysis
